Is a Gym Required?
Workouts are designed to be performed at home, or in the gym. Scale the movement up or down based on what you have. Minimum requirements are a few sets of dumbbells and kettlebells. If you make me explain this further, I’m going to be annoyed.
Can Women Participate?
Obviously. We have many women who follow the program, I come from a background of training over 65% women in my 12 year career. Just know that my audience are Dads and that’s who I speak to, since I am one. But don’t be afraid to hop in and show us what’s up, ladies.
What If I Can’t Do Every Workout?
Remember the mantra: “B’s Get Degrees.” Do what you can, when you can. It adds up.”

What Age and Ability Level is This For?
Well, I am 41 and I perform these workouts weekly. So do with that info what you will. In terms of ability level, the workouts are all scaled up or down for need and equipment preference.
For example, take the following workout.
MAIN:
100 DB Lunges
Perform 8 KB Cleans Every Break
FINISHER:
35 Touch and Go DB Curls
If barbells are your jam, switch the DB lunges to barbell lunges.
If 100 reps are too many to start, scale down to 70.
There will always be options in the workout notes for both of these audiences.
