Our signature workout that is going to f*cking blow your mind with its simplicity, minimalism, and most of all — results.
Each day, the Dad∙Bahd workouts centers around the completion of 100 reps of a highly effective, compound movement + complimentary secondary movement(s) that you perform whenever you rest from the main movement.
After the 100 reps are complete, you perform a high intensity, muscle pump finisher.
That’s it.
That’s the workout.
